Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges for UK Mainland

UK mainland Orders over £60.00 will be shipped FREE of charge.
UK mainland orders under £60.00 will be charged £5.99.
Those smaller lighter products such as string and Trionz under £60 will also be delivered Free, this will be identified in the product description.

Northern Ireland
Isles of Scilly

All deliveries will be charged by weight upto a maximum of 10kg
Parcels upto 2kg will be charged at £5.99 and every 2kg thereafter will be charged at £1.50 every 2kg upto a maximum of £10.99 for 10kg

Europe

Please check which countries we deliver to. Charges are made according to the weight of the parcel and the country of delivery, we will use Parcel Force and International signed for and will always need a signature on arrival.

Business Post 48
The majority of GB mainland orders will be sent out by Business Post 48 hour service, the parcel will need to be signed for on delivery. You can instruct us to deliver to a neighbours house if required, If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be returned to the depot and re-delivery will be tried the following day, if there is still no one in to sign for the parcel it will be returned to NRG Sports. A second delivery charge will then be added for re-delivery a third time. NRG Sports urges customers to ensure some one is available to receive the parcel otherwise orders could be delayed by upto 48 hours. If you are out during the working day, then we suggest you use a work address or other suitable address where a signature can be obtained. Business Post 48 hours is only available to UK mainland customers

Royal Mail/Parcel Post
We will use Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcel post for all orders outside of the UK mainland tariff. A signature will be required on delivery. This service can take between 2-5 working days to be deliver

Dispatch

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready. Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. NRG Sports Returns Policy

NRG Sports will only refund the postage back to you if you return a product within 7 days of ordering or we have made a mistake in sending out the incorrect product or size.

1. You must return items purchased to us within 28 days of purchase.
2. Enclose a copy of the invoice.
3. Enclose a covering letter explaining what the problem is and if you would like a replacement or refund.
4. If you are not happy with a particular purchase from NRG Sports then please let us know by email or phone to discuss the options prior to sending an item back

Rackets
If you need to return a racket to us we will only refund or replace it if has not been used in anyway, if it still has the plastic on the handle, it has no scratches or scrapes on the paintwork and it has no ball fluff or wear on the strings. Rackets and strings are not Guaranteed against breakage.

Shoes
We are unable to refund or replace shoes if they are not returned to NRG Sports in the orginal box, so please try them on prior to disposing of the box and tags. They should not have any marks on them, have been worn outside or have been worn for anything other than for trying on.  

Clothing
You may try a garment on for size, however we unable to refund or replace garments if they have been worn, washed or the label has been removed. Garments must be returned to us in the original packaging along with the necessary paperwork. If a garment is soiled through makeup or is marked on return then a refund may not be made. Please remember this when you try on the garment.

Returning items

You should contact NRG Sports before returning an item for authorisation prior to sending an item back .

We recommend you send your items back to NRG Sports via some form of recorded delivery so we have to sign for it, as you can claim for your parcel from the carrier if it is lost in transit. NRG Sports will not accept responsibility for any parcels lost or damaged by any means of delivery which are not guaranteed to be signed for.
